tests F4000
Mumbo Racing got the 2006 Motor
Racing season off to a positive start today, with a test session at
Wakefield Park. Drivers Barton Mawer, Sam Dale and Matthew Fox all
taking to the circuit successfully.
Australia's
Internation Open-Wheeler star, Barton Mawer drove both the Mumbo
Racing Reynard 91D, earmarked for Matthew Fox for the 2006 season,
and the Mumbo Racing Reynard 94D to be driven by Sam Dale in '06.
Barton provided very useful feedback to the team and drivers, and
also took the opportunity to get into the big open-wheeler groove in
prepara tion
for his 2006 International Motor Racing season. Barton spent 2005
racing in the National Class of the British Formula 3 International
Championship, finishing the season in second place, with 6 wins, 12
podiums, 5 fastest laps and 2 lap records. In the Mumbo Racing
Reynard 94D, Barton lapped the Wakefield Park circuit under the

Both of Mumbo Racing's regular
drivers - Sam Dale and Matthew Fox, both made great use of the test
day - each working on different programs, but each extremely pleased
